Got crispy chicken salad and ranch dressing at 12:30 pm Tuesday April 20. I only ate the chicken and one tomato from salad. Within 30 minutes after eating I experienced severe stomach cramps, diarrhea and nausea.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps

I ate here for both lunch and dinner. Lunch I had a market salad with grilled chicken & fries. Dinner had a grilled chicken sandwich & fries. Have been having terrible stomach pain, diarrhea, and nausea approx. 30- 45 minutes after eating dinner yesterday. Still sick today.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
