Not 100% positive but my 4 year old started having stomach pain 2hours after eating then vomiting 1 hour later. Had apple juice, 5 piece chicken nugget, fries, Polynesian sauce, and some of my cookies and cream shake.

My son and I got take out around 6pm and we both got sick around 8pm. He didn’t throw up. But had the runs and nause. Where I also threw up
