I had a soyfritos salad for dinner on Saturday Sept 19. That night I was really sick. My wife had a burrito and did not get sick. My meal (but not hers) had lettuce and guacamole.

Steak or Lettuce Illness

My girlfriend ate on 11/29/2019 at 8:30pm. She got a bowl with Carne Asada Steak, Chicken, Guacamole, and Lettuce. 8 hours later she has terrible diarrhea, cramping, fever and nausea. I had just a chicken quesadilla and am ok right now so think it was the steak or lettuce.
