Ate at Chipotle around 6:30pm yesterday (January 4). Woke up at 4:30am today with horrible nausea and rapid heart rate. Ended up violently puking.

Had a chicken bowl with rice veggies sour cream corn hot & mild sauce . Had it last night woke up this morning feeling super sick. Nauseous stomach hurts diarrhea

I ate a chicken bowl for dinner. A couple hours later I had intense stomach cramps and violent diarrhea. About 25 hours later I again had intense stomach cramps and had violent diarrhea. Undigested corn appeared.
