Had chicken bowl on Saturday with the new chicken, salsa sour cream, cheese and guac. Woke up in the middle of the night nauseous, diarrhea, headache. Been in bed all day still not better. Still running to the restroom.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Headache
