Yesterday, I ate Chipotle. I had a bowl with white rice, chicken, hot sauce, sour cream, and cheese. I woke up in the middle of the night with liquid diarrhea. Today, I am now puking, having terrible diarrhea and a fever of 102.1.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
