I purchased a salad with brown rice, black beans, tofu, salad dressing, medium salsa, sweetcorn and guacamole today at 3pm. I started feeling nauseous around 7:30 and that continued to increase until I began throwing up around 11. Rough.  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
