Barbacoa Burrito Illness

The only thing I ate that day. I ordered a Barbacoa burrito with pretty much everything but guacamole. Girlfriend got a chicken bowl and is fine. Next morning, I threw up once and since then on 3rd day of explosive diarrhea

Bought a chicken burrito around 5pm yesterday within an hour after eating I began to get bad stomach cramps. I have had diarrhea and stomach pains all night.
