I started vomiting 5 minutes after eating the Mahi Mahi yesterday and woke up to a swollen lip and chin today. Then I started suffering from diarrhea. I realized it was probably the fish because last week, when I ate it I woke up with a swollen
tongue but did not know where it came from. It went away in a day. I was the only one who got sick.

Me and my 2 yr old son shared a piece of cheese pizza around 730pm. He woke up at 130am restless and crying in pain and had an episode of major diarrhea. I started having stomach cramps pain and nausea around the same time. I haven’t been
able to consecutively get out of the bathroom due to nausea, diarrhea and fighting vomiting for the last 5 hours.

Hot dogs. Three people. Two had ketsup and mustard and got sickest. Lasted a week. One had ketsup only and was mildly sick. Mentioned it to our pastor who said not to use the condiments there because they were known to be subject to contamination by the public.

My wife and I ate cherry purchased from Costco (4-lb box) at 10pm July 15. In the early morning of 16th, 5:30 am, I waked up with stomach cramping, then vomiting, diarrhea, and fever. The symptoms lasted for a day and now are under control. My wife
had mild symptoms as she ate very few. Judging from the color of my watery faeces, cherry should be the cause.

Boulangerie Laurentide, a Quebec-based company, has issued a recall for its ketchup products due to the undeclared presence of mustard. The recall affects all batches of the product distributed at their establishment located at 321, rue Félix-Antoine-Savard, in Les Éboulements. The issue was discovered during routine checks
by the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food (MAPAQ). As of now, no cases of allergic reactions associated with the consumption of these foods have been reported to MAPAQ.

Boucherie Les Saules inc., located at 2070 Boulevard Masson, Québec City, QC, Canada, in collaboration with the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, has issued a recall for its Taouk brand vegetable and mushroom and sesame soups. The recall is due to improper storage methods that could
potentially lead to the growth of Clostridium botulinum bacteria. To date, no illnesses have been reported in connection with these products.

- Vegetables (750 ml)
The products were sold until April 23, 2024, and were packaged in glass jars with black metal lids. They were sold at room temperature at the establishment mentioned above. The products are not showing any signs of spoilage or suspicious odor.
If you have this product at home, do not consume it and return it to the store where it was purchased. Products could be contaminated with the bacteria Clostridium botulinum. Foods contaminated with the toxin of this bacterium when ingested can cause the following symptoms: facial paralysis, non-reactive or fixed pupils, difficulty swallowing, drooping eyelids, etc, impaired vision and speech. In severe cases, the disease can cause death.
