Peanut Butter Indigestion Alert

Two times I ate a skippy crunchy peanut butter toast and about 3 hours later I started cramping up and then all evening diarrhea with cramping. I keep this in the refrigerator to keep it better but even my dogs don’t like it when I have to give them pill, Read above.🤬 I explained it all above.
