I’ve eaten this four times. The first time all was fine. The second time I had an upset stomach. The third time I had diarrhea and the sweats. This last time I had diarrhea and vomiting for 12 hours and felt nauseous for multiple days after.

5/3/21 My child ate a slice of pizza around 3 pm. Started vomiting around 7. With stomach pain and nausea until about 10 finally feel asleep. Occasionally waking up with pain
