Pepperoni Pizza Causes Illness

Ate 2 pepperoni pizza slices at Crust last night, woke up in the middle of the night vomiting. Still vomiting 12 hours later. Also have diarrhea.

My little one ate a cheese pizza slice with no issues.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Chills
