I ate a shredded chicken burrito at del taco around 2:30 yesterday, June 8th. Later in the evening I started feeling nauseous with a horrible headache and when I got home, I threw up and I haven’t been able to keep anything down since. I’ve also had the worst diarrhea I’ve ever had.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache
