I ordered a custom "The Del Taco Fiesta Pack" consisting of substitute Beyond Meat for my partner who is a vegetarian to celebrate Cinco De Mayo (05/05/2021). For the burritos, I just had the Beyond Meat added. For the tacos, I had the Beyond Meat substituted. We are in a long distance relationship so the order is under my name and we typically order food from various restaurants as a date. This order was a rather large order since it was meant to be festive so the food was not all consumed on Cinco de Mayo so there was a lot of leftovers to be consumed on 05/06/2021.Last night (05/06/2021 - 05/07/2021) around 3 AM EST (2 AM CST), my partner has been projectile vomiting, extremely nauseous, and weak which are signs of food poisoning. My partner has thrown up a total of 4 times since me writing this email. My partner got sick (only one) who lives in Norman, OK. We had a special meal for Cinco De Mayo (05/05/2021). It was a long distanced meal that I ordered on my partner's behalf that was custom since my partner is a vegetarian I specifically requested Beyond Meat to either be added or substituted in the entire order. I ordered The Del Fiesta Pack anticipating to have leftovers so it could be consumed the next day. In the early morning of 05/07/2021 (around 2 PM CST), symptoms arose such as vomiting, nausea, and weakness of a total of 4 times since the writing of this report.
