I ate the chicken nachos but substituted the meat for extra chips. The ingredients may not have been fresh, such as the queso, sour cream, and guacamole. After about 40 mins of eating them, I started vomiting constantly and have diarrhea.

meat or guacamole, Last night around 8pm purchased food, stomach started to hurt soon after but thought nothing of it. Woke up at 3am with stomach pain. 6am fever diarrhea and vomiting started
