Ordered a burrito yesterday lunch. plain tortilla, green chile pork, cilantro rice, pinto beans, and guacamole. Split it with a friend, and both voilently ill within a few hours. After vomiting, dry heaves, and diarrhea for 3 hours or so; I was so weak that I slept for 12 hours.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
