- comments: previous core violations not corrected from report #2569994 on 1-20-23:47-observed cardboard used as shelf liners in prep and storage areas. Instructed manager to remove cardboard. Shelving must be smooth and easily cleanable. 51-observed no backflow device to be seen for servicing on ice machine must provide and maintain. Noted a leak at the faucet neck at the 3 comp sink. Must repair and maintain. 53- must provide a lid on garbage can in unisex toilet room. Priority foundation 7-42-090 citation issued
