13 Sick After Sandwich Tray

Had a meeting with my work colleagues, we had the sandwich tray with turkey, ham, tuna, roast beef & veggie. So far 13 of the 17 of us are extremely sick with the symptoms above. I ended up going to the ER because I couldn’t stop vomiting.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
