- comments: broken/missing door handles on the rear tall reach-in coolers. Must replace.

- comments: excessive rust on the exterior of the three compartment grease trap. Must remove rust.

- comments: observed overflowing waste receptacle in the employee washroom with soiled paper towels on the surrounding floor. Instructed to dispose of waste in the receptacle as needed.

- comments: observed three bicycles stored in the rear dry food storage area. Must not store delivery bicycles in food contact areas.

- comments: previous core violations from #2373242 on 5-29-20 not corrected. #41-: must store wiping cloths in prep areas in sanitizer bucket between uses to prevent cross contamination. Instructed to maintain. #53-:instructed to provide a waste receptacle with a lid in the employee washroom. Toilet seat in staff washroom is broken. Instructed to replace. #55- blackened, moldy wall caulking at the three compartment sink. Must replace. #57- additional food handler training certificate is required onsite. Priority foundation violation 7-42-090. No citation issued at this time.
