- comments: observed exposed hand sink in deli prep area inaccessible due to an employee washing a pot inside it and exposed hand sink in rear prep area inaccessible due to a rag being stored in it. Management voluntarily discarded and denatured approximately 10lbs of product valued at approximately $50. Instructed to maintain all hot tcs items at or above 135f at all times. Priority violation 7-38-005. Citation issued.

- comments: observed approximately 20 rodent droppings in basement and approximately 50 rodent droppings in rear beer storage and furnace area. Instructed to remove droppings, receive additional pest control service, and maintain facility free of pest activity. Priority foundation violation 7-38-020(a). Citation issued.
