Chimichanga Causes Severe Diarrhea

Yesterday my family and I had an early dinner. I had some salsa, espinaca, and a chimichanga with rice, black beans, sour cream. I have not had anything to eat since, not even breakfast because I felt sick. Experiencing sever diarrhea now at 1:30 in the afternoon.
