Mac & Cheese Illness

I was sick with all the above symptoms and still have a terrible nauseating headache this am. The only thing I was throwing up for 12 straight hours was Mac and cheese noodles and the yellowish sauce.

Blue Bell Ice Cream Illness

I got sick a few years ago when the listeria/blue bell took place. Last night I had a bowl of blue bell cookies and cream and I was sick all night. It reminded me of the listeria sickness. Not sure but it lasted about 15 hours.. It was purchased from Kroger. It was purchased from Kroger
