Fish Meals Cause Illness

I had the fish sandwich with tartar sauce. I woke up this morning with violent diarrhea. My father had a fish plate with tartar sauce. He felt nauseous an hour later, but also had loose stool last night. My mother had a shrimp plate, but only felt nauseous. Might be the tartar sauce.
