Salmon Meal Triggers Illness

After eating, Not sure I had salmon, salad,broccoli, sweet potato, bread and club soda, I started to feel nauseous 1st, then headache, sweats, runny nose and vomiting. The symptoms started about 20 to 30 minutes after eating
