On September 9, 2019 at approximately 11:30am, I had a salad from the salad bar, consisting of lettuce, cheese, cucumber, onion, eggs, ham, beets, cottage cheese and potato salad.

I came down with severe diarrhea within an hour and did not make it to a safe place before the diarrhea hit.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
