On September 9, 2019 at approximately 11:30am, I had a salad from the salad bar, consisting of lettuce, cheese, cucumber, onion, eggs, ham, beets, cottage cheese and potato salad.I came down with severe diarrhea within an hour and did not make it to a safe place before the diarrhea hit. | Symptoms: Diarrhea
