I had a cheese burger and 6 chicken nuggets the next day I was puking constantly could not hold down any food or water, had to call 111 because I was so dehydrated and couldn’t move.

I ordered 2 sausage and egg mcmuffins with extra bacon and 1 egg and cheese mcmuffin with no egg on the Saturday 9th February at 09:00 am. At about 1pm myself, my wife and my sister started having continuous vomitting and diarrhea was out pretty much the whole weekend.
