We got lunch the McDonald's off of marketview and Neil Street I got a snack wrap and the chocolate chip frappe. My son got a hamburger and small fry. We both had diarrhea and stomach cramps. Felt fine until we ate the McDonald's.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
