I had Stopped by McDonald's for a quick bite to eat on my way home this evening. I went to the ( University Avenue Branch ) in Waterloo Iowa 50702. I ordered a ( Double Quarter Pounder w/ cheese meal. and a strawberry shake ) After receiving... See More my meal I took a few bites out of the sandwich while driving home in the dark. Come to find out that once I got home and turn the lights on, I had went to finish my meal & I looked at my burger in its box that it came in and it was 80% Raw! You could see the blood and the rareness of the meat!! It was all mostly blood/red just the very outside with slightly cooked! I immediately fell sick to my stomach because I did not know I was eating a raw served hamburger!! 4 hours later and I am now in the hospital with severe abdominal pain have been pukink and diarrhea. On Friday 11.17.2023 at approximately 2:30 p.m., I shopped at Stop & Shop. In addition to other items, I bought Greek Pasta Salad (a prepared food), frozen butterfly shrimp, and Boar’s Head sauerkraut. That evening around 5:30-6:00, I ate the Greek salad and some of the butterfly... See More shrimp. I tasted a small amount of sauerkraut. I had not eaten any food that day prior to that. It is typical for me to eat one meal a day. I went to bed around 7:30. At approximately 1:00 a.m. the following morning on 11.18.2023, I was awakened by a feeling of pronounced nausea. I made it to the bathroom just in time to vomit in the sink. The vomiting was propulsive and plentiful. While this was happening, I sensed the onset of diarrhea. From then on for a couple hours it was back and forth between the toilet and the sink. This would have been stressful during daylight hours, but at 1:00 to 3:00 in the morning it was horrific.
