Nausea After McD's Meal

I had a mcdouble with mac sauce n only onions I felt nausea and have a light tummy ache all day the next day and my 2 sons, one had a stomache and one was throwing up all day. my daughter now has a stomache and all my kids had was chicken nuggets and fries.
