Lab confirmed e.coli. Spent the weekend of the 28th in Charlotte and ate at 3 places. Mellow mushroom in downtown, olde Mecklenburg brewery, and pop up bagel. I also ate at pop up bagel and olde mecklenburg brewery

Pizza & Pretzel Illness Outbreak

We ordered pepperoni pizza, and pretzel bites with cheese and we all got sick. It hit us 30 minutes apart from each other- puking, diarrhea, chills. it’s been awful and we will never be back
