Are thick crust pizza with red sauce, dairy free cheese, mushrooms, and black olives. Also had the house-made lemonade. Felt sick right after. 5 hours later, I have diarrhea and nausea. I am very sick.

I had a pizza with white sauce, mild sausage and spinach. Within 45 minutes, I was vomiting, with massive diarrhea.
