Chicken Taco Illness Symptoms

Feb 22 2023, not sure Ate one taco with chicken, fried peppers and onions, lettuce, cheese, and tomatoes and chips with queso. Developed a fever within two hours of eating, then nausea, diarhea, fatigue. 3 days later I can only keep water and some pedialyte down.

Chicken Quesadilla Illness

Had a chicken cheese quesadilla and queso and within a few hours began feeling nauseous, now my stomach is bubbling, in extreme pain and i’ve been throwing up
