on evening of March 23rd evening, ate chicken parm, salad, breadsticks. ill within 8 hours, could not keep down food. at 18hours, chicken/red sauce mix vomit with 4 hours of diarrhea

My partner and I had dinner around 4:30. I woke up in pain, weak, and with a fever around 1 AM. I started vomiting around 2. My partner started vomiting and having the runs around 3 AM.
