Steak Delivery Causes Illness

I had made a delivery from Uber eats and the meat that I consumed was a 6oz sirloin steak with side baked potato (added toppings, bacon, cheese, scallions) but the temperature of the steak was well done. 3 hours later after I consumed it I threw up horribly, sweating and diarrhea.
