Stopped in for lunch and had Chicken Teriyaki, Honey Walnut Shrimp, Fried Eggroll, Orange Chicken and rice. Went home immediately afterwards and my stomach began to feel burning and bloating. Came home right after. Developed instant pains in my stomach, sharp pains, radiated upwards to my jaw.…

I ate today. I had chow mein and orange chicken. It was around 8pm my stomach started hurting and I have burning diarrhea. It burns bad.
