Stopped in for lunch and had Chicken Teriyaki, Honey Walnut Shrimp, Fried Eggroll, Orange Chicken and rice. Went home immediately afterwards and my stomach began to feel burning and bloating. Came home right after. Developed instant pains in my stomach, sharp pains, radiated upwards to my jaw. Began sweating, hard to breathe. Vomiting 2 times, diarrhea, extremely nauseous. I'm guzzling my bottle of Pepto and hugging onto my toilet., No one else, that I know of. The symptoms started about 5 to 10 minutes after we left. It hurts so bad, I'm considering going to the Emergency Room. My back feels heated and my arms feel tingly. I don't know what is going on here | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Diarrhea, Bloating, Sweating
