Ate cheese Flatbread pizza and boyfriend had pepperoni pizza and we split a macaroni and cheese. Both have terrible stomach pain, diarrhea and vomiting since 1/7/23

Extreme vomiting and diarrhea from a their meal. Not worth them ever again.
