Suspected source: Panera sandwich/soup
Onset: 4 to 12 hours
Duration: Several days
Sick: Me
Additional information: Ate the chicken bacon ranch, and wild rice soup. Symptoms started 4 hrs after. Continues for 48hrs  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Headache

classic grilled cheese sandwich and my boyfriend had turkey sandwich i am guessing it was lettuce cos it tasted funny and now after almost a day we both are vomiting  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
