Had the chicken caesar salad for dinner last night around 8:30pm, started with stomach cramps and then hot flashes with diarrhea, stopped for about an hour and then both returned with vomiting this time as well around 4am...then again at 530 more vomiting and diarrhea. Can't keep…

Tuna Sandwich Causes Diarrhea

Panera bread, My daughter and I each got a tuna sandwich, with 7 vegetable soup. Around 2-3pm hours later we both got explosive diarrhea. The next morning I'm still experiencing, so is she. Only comparable to what happens after I've taken a colon cleanse.
