Received my large bacon mac and cheese and half sandwich (bacon rancher) and then 40 minutes later my body started ACHING and I had the chills and a headache. Took a covid test, negative. Woke up this morning, have diarrhea and feel like I need to throw up at the same time.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Fever, Chills, Headache

Husband and I got 2 bowls both containing white rice, steak, Al pastor, queso, sour cream, cheese and red salsa. Both of us experienced diarrhea and stomach pain/cramps the next morning. Had the gyro sandwich several times with no issues, then one day I ordered the Philly cheese steak, got seriously Ill the next morning, throwing up and diarrhea, I threw up a lot of mushrooms from the sandwich, had to stay home from work for 2 days and was still sick into the weekend.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
