Today. Ate at 5 pm was nauseated, vomiting, and hot flashes with dizzyness by 5:45pm tomato soup and grilled cheese. I hadn't eaten anything else today. I can't think of anything else.

I had a sandwich and soda ordered on October 5th, 2021 and immediately after eating became sick. I was vomiting and had diarrhoea and felt very sick.

Mac & Cheese Illness

I got the Mac and cheese and then the turkey BLT sandwich. I couldn’t even finish my meal and my stomach was already hurting. I am super nauseous and feel like throwing up. I have diarrhea and am in so much pain. Don’t even want to move it hurts so bad.
