Bacon Mac N Cheese Illness

Yesterday I ordered the bacon Mac and cheese convo with Fuji apple chicken salad, within 30 minutes I was nauseas, within an hour running to the bathroom frequently. All night last night and all day today I've suffered from nausea, diarrhea and severe stomach cramps.
