Got a breakfast sandwich with egg, cheese and sausage on a plain bagel. I have had it before. Maybe two hours later vomiting, headache and cramping.

Ate autumn squash soup and flatbread turkey and cranberry sandwich at 3pm for lunch. Was projectile vomiting after about twelve hours. Still sick, two days later. Won't be going back.
