Ceasar Salad Ate salad for lunch and a few hours later felt stomach cramps got warm and been in pain and on toilet ever since yesterday

Ordered tuna sandwich before my study group. After 10 minutes of eating my sandwich I felt severe stomach cramps, flushed and nauseated. Had to abruptly leave my study group very upset about that. Barely capable to drive at that point but I make it home and immediate diarrhea!!!!
