I got a chicken teriyaki with onions, no mushrooms. I also got fries, lemonade, and a cookie. I ate it about four hours ago and haven’t had anything else sense. I am now having stomach cramps and diarrhea.

I ate with a coworker for lunch. I got a veggie and she got Italian. She was complaining of nausea about 2 hours after. I felt fine so assumed the meat didn’t sit well with her stomach. I was home around 7:30 and vomited on and off…
