West Middlesex Hospital found that she had a good poisoning. This really caused a lot of stress to her and all our family... See More.
On Monday we have ordered take away through Just Eat from this restaurant

She had Tampura Prawns and Teriyaki Salmon

She was discharged today. Still with abdominal and muscle pain and will continue antibiotics for the next 5 days.
We are taking legal action.

Has anyone had the same problem with this restaurant recently from the same restaurant?
