Wings Trigger Severe Sickness

Chicken wings, Ate wings on Thursday evening. Felt too sick to go to work on Friday morning. Experienced nausea diarrhea fever chills whole body aches on Friday. He felt better on Saturday then same symptoms on Sunday with extreme stomach cramps
