Ordered the number 7 through the drive thru. Cold Carne Asada Illness

Ordered carne asada fries from here and immediately felt sick after eating half . The middle of the food was a bit cold but not too cold so I didn't think much of it , still I got sick and I still feel sick hours later . I'm I'm in bed cause my stomach hurts if I get up .  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
