I bought a Turkey Bacon (breakfast) Sandwich at Starbucks ( Oxford & Center) at 1:58:57PM Thursday March 21st, 2019. It was then being warmed. And I also got a cup of tap water from there. I ate the sandwich while walking home, where is only several blocks

away. I didn't finish the food until I got home and that's how I still had the sandwich bag with the order sticker on.
That's the only food I had that day and I was feeling quite tired afterwards. I started not feeling too well by 7PM. So I went to bed and hoped to sleep off the discomfort. However, by 10PM I was woken up by the intense stomach cramp and pain. I rushed to bathroom with some vomiting & bad diarrhea. I started sweating badly, my hair became wet on my head so was my PJ/T-shirt on my back. By the time one of my friends called me around 10:30PM, I was in tears and intense pain that I had to finish the call. She said that she could tell I was audibly in pain. I tried to drink some water but couldn't keep old water down but some lukewarm one in my thermos. I tried to make some ginger tea, but was too weak to slice ginger or do anything around the stove. I had to use bathroom again. Then I was practically rolling in bed because of the stomach pain/cramps. At one point I seriously considered to call 911. I could barely stay sleep. Falling in out of sleep because of the pain all night. Every hour or so, there's an intense bout of pain. Finally around 4AM, I was able to keep my eyes closed for roughly 2 hours at a time. I had to get up at 8:30 ish. Couldn't keep any food down but some warm ginger soup for breakfast. Also tried to take in some mushed raw garlic. There was some bouts of intense stomach pain again. I had to use bathroom again. Because I had important appointment that day, I had to leave the house by 10AM, however weak and sick I felt. On my way to my appointment, I stopped by the said Starbucks and asked to talk to someone related food poisoning. The guy behind the counter pointed me to someone and she only nonchalantly:" Sorry you are sick and you need to call the cooperate number" when I described my food poisoning situation and asked to whether they have some mechanism to keep this in record at the store. It was quite upsetting and offending, given that it's a food establishment and I was notifying their food safety issues.
Could have food down for lunch but some ginger tea/soup late afternoon.
Little rice soup for dinner.
Very weak throughout Monday.
